Tim Kelly is the managing director of the Tim Kelly Group, a European leader in the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and construction services. He leads a highly experienced team with unmatched levels of dedication and expertise, and brings this focus on quality, efficiency and innovation to Quinta Dourada.
Vasco Vieira is the founder of Vasco Vieira Arquitectos, an award-winning studio based in the Algarve. Since its foundation in 2003, the studio has been behind some of the most iconic designs in Portugal, from individual villas to hotel projects, restaurants, spas and commercial buildings.
